This research used 53 students in SMK Dr. Soetomo Surabaya as sample.This study used cross sectional research. The variables of this research were thought and feeling factor, personal references factor, resources factor, culture factor and free sex behaviour.on the teachers’ performance of SMK Dr. Soetomo, Surabaya. The research was quantitative. While, the data collection technique used saturated or total sampling with questionnaires were distributed to the respondents. Moreover, the data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution).
